Setting you up for success

We are big fans of jumping into the deep end, but always in a way that is safe, structured and fun. So from the moment you sign your contract, we have got your back.

You will have your own contact person during the recruitment process, ensuring you are supported right off the bat.
Our social committee (yep, we have one!) will reach out to get you involved in fun, informal activities – even before your first day!
You will receive a warm welcome email from HR (and probably others), making you feel included.

We want you to feel at home from the get go, so on your very first day you will receive a handy organisational chart with photos and a seating plan, so you can skip the awkward «who’s that?» moments.
