Per is an naval architect, experienced with ship hull and structural design at various shipyards. He used to work in Vard and Aker Solutions as a technical coordinator. Per has a passion for the Norwegian coast and -culture, life at sea and maritime tradisions. He never miss an opportunity to enter a bridge or an engine room, and he combines sale travels with commissionings and technical services. Per is happy when he calculates on a vessel new building project, - and specially if Cathwell gets the contract.

She has also well-developed and indeed valuable skills in mixing delicious beverages.

Morten holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering and brings experience from industrial environments, giving him a strong technical foundation and a practical approach to problem-solving. Working in technical sales, he combines engineering expertise with a passion for building strong customer relationships, helping clients identify solutions that create long-term value. Curious by nature and driven by continuous learning, Morten enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding practical ways to solve them. Outside of work, he has a competitive spirit, enjoys spending time in nature and values exploring new places and cultures through travel.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, following football, reading, listening to music and being with family and friends.

Fredrik holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics with focus on Computer Science and Management. As a former painter he is extremely aware of the importance of protecting surfaces from natural forces. He works as a project engineer and is interested in technology, digitalisation and making things work efficiently. In his free time, he likes to watch ice hockey and spend time with his daughter.

Emma holds a Masters degree in physics from the University of Oslo and has worked as a medical physicist at the Oslo University Hospital prior to joining Cathwell. As a Project manager at Cathwell, Emma will be a key player in keeping good speed in the Engineering team. When Emma is not busy holding the reigns at the office, she keeps her mind busy with learning new languages and following sport events.

When Truls is not attending his customers, he is often seen on the football field, out in the nature or riding his motorcycle.

Veronica has studied sports management in Australia and organisational leadership in Norway. She also has education within the criminal justice system. Veronica has a keen eye for improvement processes and streamlining. She will be working with warehouse management, production, service, and service coordination. In her free time, she plays football, enjoys outdoor activities and mountain biking, preferably downhill from high peaks.

Anja holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and joins us with experience as a piping and mechanical engineer at ILF Consulting Engineers. Her work has focused on technical drafting, document management, 3D scanning and modelling for the process industry. Anja has a natural curiosity for troubleshooting and a keen interest in materials and their properties, always looking for practical solutions that create value for others. Originally from Valdres, she enjoys spending time with her partner and children, exploring the outdoors and appreciating a really good cup of coffee. She is also currently embroidering traditional bunads for her daughters.

William holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science and automation, and holds electrician’s certificates from Norway, England, Canada and the USA. He has broad experience from both national and international projects, and joins us from Guard Automation in Sandefjord where he worked as a project engineer. His work there included PLC programming, technical troubleshooting and commissioning of systems. William currently lives in Langesund, but has also lived in England and Canada. With a keen interest in seeing more of the world, he is excited about the opportunities for travel in his role in Cathwell.

Curious and eager to learn, Sandra has a keen interest in new technologies and innovative working methods. Off the clock, she enjoys following sports and spending time on a variety of creative projects.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in renewable energy, a certificate of apprenticeship in drilling operations, and has recently studied digitalised automation. He joins us from Transocean, bringing several years of offshore experience with him. Thomas finds great joy in solving complex problems and approaching challenges with a practical mindset. Originally from Sannidal, just outside Kragerø, he is a keen wanderer of our great Norwegian mountains and has discovered fishing in more recent years.

Sandra is detail-oriented and enjoys finding practical solutions to engineering challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys music and dancing, travelling to new places and learning languages. She is currently working on her fourth language!

Terje holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics & Technical Cybernetics. He has over 20 years of experience in marine and onshore technical positions, and is certified for offshore work. His speciality is control systems and system diagnostics. Terje’s skills range across electronic and mechanical disciplines and include programming and 3D printing. Terje has a key role in research and development of new systems and is currently working with MasterCath, our remote monitoring and control system. Terje has a keen eye for detail and is your guy for advanced technical questions.
