Le Commandant Charcot
Delivery of cathodic protection- and antifouling systems for NB 887 to Vard Søviknes AS, a record breaking expedition cruise vessel. She will feature a hybrid power plant powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG) and Electric as the worlds first.
Le Commandant Charcot will be a Polar Class 2 rated icebreaking vessel capable of reaching remote polar destinations such as the Geographic North Pole with Zero emissions when in electric hybrid mode.
